The Ballybay Town Centre First Plan is a collaborative roadmap that brings together key stakeholders to guide the town’s sustainable growth. The actions and proposed investment aims to boost economic activity and encourage public and private sector involvement from both existing and new businesses.
Guided by the principles of the national Town Centre First policy, the Ballybay Town Team engaged with local residents, community groups, businesses, Monaghan County Council, and other stakeholders to shape an ambitious and achievable plan. It reflects the voice of the people of Ballybay and outlines a shared vision for a town.
